This message is being sent to Dr. Alan C. W. Tang: This message is to notify you that one of your clients (Diana Balsevicius) has just completed a cNAQ. PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS E-MAIL, it is being sent from an unmonitored mailbox. Thank for using Nutri-Q. Sincerely, The Nutri-Q Development Team---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Please print out the patient's results by the following instructions:
Enter name of patient to query
Click view.
Click cNAQ Queue
Checkbox report and accept
Click the Questionnaire/History Reports tab and check the appropriate box. and click generate report
Generate the three reports of:
1. Symptom burden graph
2. Symptom Burden Report
3. Client Recommendations
AND print out for the doctor to review with the patient
Also import into Eclipse, either by using the import function in the EHR (recommended) or by scanning the report to the scanner. The former (import) requires knowledge of where the PDF is saved, but is not difficult. There is a standard report name generated by the computer.
The reports will look like this. Inform the doctor and schedule the patient for a review of the exam. Also color code appropriately the type of appointment for the patient's next appointment so the doctor knows what is to be done next. e.g. light blue background with red text. The doctor will review the results with the patient and prescribe the appropriate nutritional protocol.
