Propylene glycol alginate MSDS - Do you want a relative of antifreeze in your salad dressing?

I'll highlight the questionable information in red. I remember a friend's significant other working at Kraft and her talking about how she had to use safety gear to handle these chemicals (unspecified at the time) to make salad dressing. (I have nothing against Kraft, btw.)
