Really, how much water should you drink?

I agree with mayoclinic.com's guidelines http://www.cnn.com/HEALTH/library/NU/00283.html

To counter argue the recent articles of late e.g. http://wireless.go.com/wireless/abcnews/section/topstories/4574553_1?&page=1necessity We need 8 8 oz of *clean*, pure filtered water.

They argue against flushing out toxins with water but you try this experiment at home: flush your toilet only half a tank. Does this get rid of ALL of the toxins in your toilet, less your house? Help the occupants of your body, your cells, live in a less toxic environment.

Drink your clean water.
